Today we are sitting at our home in fear of a deadly virus that has changed our perspective towards life. It was back in the year 2020 when India first faced the wrath of Coronavirus, and since then, our life is at a halt. We are glued to our tv, following the Instagram trend, trying to live a healthy life. How many of us really dare to step up and help those who have no access to any facility?
While today, we are living under our secure roofs, eating and following a healthy routine, some people are still striving to stay in the city. The news channels are flooded with incidents where the poor are suffering the vengeance of Coronavirus in every manner. With no financial aid, medical facilities, and proper shelter and food, our community is becoming weaker and weaker.
Vishwa Mangal Trust: A Helping Hand To Support The Needy
Unlike our front liners, there is a community fighting each day providing every need to the people of their community. Vishwa Mangal Trust, with its enthusiastic team and workers, has proved the potential of being a reliable hand for the needy.
When we were at our home, Vishwa Mangal Trust was working to assist people in distress, working their hearts out to be the moral pillar of the community.
We at Vishwa Mangal Trust believe in humanity and being there for the welfare and upliftment of our community. Going back to the time of the first coronavirus wave, the situation still scares us out of my wits when people. There was chaos, hunger, pain, death, and so many emotions to shake our souls. Then was the time we knew how important it is for us to step out of our home and support our people’s needs.
The very first initiative was to supply food. We arranged camps, public kitchens and asked people to come and help us arrange food to kill hunger. It was difficult to meet the demand for proper nutrition, but we managed with the supremacy of God and fed thousands of people.
The second initiative was to educate the people. Misguidance and lack of awareness is the major cause of the spread, therefore it was essential to educate people about the spread and treatment of coronavirus. Even after the situation was in control, Vishwa Mangal Trust continued its work to provide help and assist families. There were campaigns set to be the first support the Lohardga community needed to strive for.
